ok, so you can't buy these here in the Midwest. They're a citrus (did not know that) and one of you has got to find them in a market and overnight me a couple. They're bergamots. Find them at Bi-Rite in SF or Monterey Market and Berkeley Bowl in Berkeley. No, really.
