Architecture in Helsinki
JB was in town for the SF Marathon a few weeks ago. It was good to see him and he finished the half marathon in 1:39, a good time. JB has always been a bit ahead of the curve on certain music and (sometimes) fashion. ( He did own an unexplainable pair of red rubber D&G sandals months before they took Miami by storm). He recommended the Australian studio art band, Architecture in Helsinki and their new cd, In Case We Die. A mixture of vibes - lounge, alt rock, show tune, electronica. All I know is that it needs to be in heavy rotation at ATYS.

Honey...
If you made it into the store once in awhile...you would know what we are heavily rotating...Thanks for the recommendation...We might be installing the ATYS cam soon just for all that live here in the city and just can't quite find the time to see what (or whom) is on heavy rotation.

I think the cam is a great idea. Personally, I've always wondered what goes on when the store is being minded solo and some Brad Pitt come-lately saunters in searching for the "perfect little gift for his girlfriend'. The conversation inevitably leads to her lack of understanding of art objects and the male anatomy.
